1. Horizontal style paper unwind stand: Raw paper lineplaced, deliver paper with pneumatic wide belt, with separate tension control device in each roll of raw
2. * Web-edge controlling function: Be installed on the paper unwind stand. The function is effected by a sensor to inspect and trace the web edge, which controlled by PLC, then the sensor will transfer the data to the web-edge controlling performer to effect the aim of alignment of different paper webs. With this web-edge controlling function, the web edge of different paper web will be kept parallel with each other event if the paper roll is transferring in high speed, thus can reduce the wastage of paper roll edge.

5. The rewinding technology of this machine is the first invention in China. It can make the finished paper reel tightly first and then loosely. It can give the different density for different parts of paper roll. Especially, paper core won't separate from paper roll after a long time storage ( controlled by microcomputer).
6. Automaticc hanging paper tube and unloading finished product. The paper tube or stainless steel tube can be adjusted from? 25 to 50mm random in 1 min. Rewinding in high speed ( 180m-200m/min, that is said, the machine can finish rewindingand unloading one paper
Roll in 8-12 seconds). (The rewinding can be finished in 12 seconds at the base of 200 sheets with knot length of 110mm, and per sheets size is 115mm. Rewinding can be finished in 14 seconds ( with the functiion of trademark embossing. )
7. The synchronized finished of automatic TailTrimming, gluing tail-sealing can reduce consumption of paper when the roller paper are sent to t he process of slitting and packing. The working efficiency and the paper grade can be greatlyincreased as a result. With paper ending left, it is convenient to use.
8. Adopting of up-guided method to wind finished paper, and the front and back jogging button to guide raw paper, make the operation much simpler.
9. Comparing to those papers from single embossing, the paper with *double embossing and edge-gluing is softer, the embossing effect in both layers of the finished products will be complete the same, more over, the paper roll in same size is 15% lighter or above. It is especially fit for proce-ssing kitchen roll.
10. *Edge embossing: With special pneumatic pressing wheel, and high rigidity bottom embossing roller, the device emboss on both edge of the paper roll when process the paper without embossing, or with double embossing layers, to prevent the paper tail scater, and make the paper without embossing be more beautiful.
11. *Lamination unit, when making kitchen paper, the glue will be caught on the bulge of embossing layer to make the two layers stick together. Due to the gluing only apply on the bulge of embossing layer, some air between those parts without embossing between the two layers can be saved, and the moisture absorbability can be improved.
12. *Decorative gluing device: When process toilet paper, the device add color glue between thesecond and third layer, to show all kinds of color pattern on the paper surface (the pattern is decided by the embossing roller), make the layer compound into one, and to avoid destroy the soft of paper. After this process, the paper will be very beautiful, and the paper grade will be upgrade.
